In December I got a complete 75 gallon for trade of my 125 gal. The one I got came with a Cpr sump the Cy192. After putting everything together filling the tank with water and turning it on I realized things weren't running right so I did research on the sump, I have to get a rtv powerhead for the skimmer for that to work, it has the wrong size pump, and I need a few other odds and ends probably about $50 or so.. Now I found out this sump is pretty pricey so I imagine it must be good but the manufacture states using bio bale is what this sump is designed for. But I saved my bio balls from my 125 gallon sump for media to use in this one. Anyone have any experience with bio bale? Should I go ahead and buy it too? should I toss the whole project and make my own sump before I find any other problems (Esp. since petsmart is doing $1 per gallon;) )? Does Anyone have this sump?
