Bio-Magnet Clarifier

Hello,

Included in my recent purchase of CaribSea Fiji Pink Sand was a packet of "bio-magnet clarifier." The product is supposed to clear up my recently added RO/DI water. Any thoughts on whether this would be safe to add to a new tank (the tank is not yet cycled, nor does it have anything in it other than dead rock)? Thank you very much!
