Hello guys I have a red sea max nano xl g2....I was wondering if i take the bio media from that tank and put it into my new marine x 110..Will that instantly cycle

It will certainly speed the process. Whether it is instantly enough would depend on the amount moved and the degree of ammonia rise you expect to have rapidly.
