BioCube 29 Lighting

Hello all, can anyone point me in the right direction concerning my lighting. Everyone in my area tells me to upgrade before anything else but don't seem to have a recommendation. Any help would be appreciated.

I use Kessil 360 on my JBJ Nano, i use a DIY Mesh top to help prevent jumpers. The corals seem to like them, my RBT seems happy.
