Everything I was reading when I started said they are a valuable part of the CUC. Hes been in the tank since the start.

not in my experience. 1st I had was a small female. Wow great model citizen. Did a bang up job on any algae. So let’s get a couple more I was thinking. The 2 new ones was males...had the bigger claws, went to town on my hammers then my watchmen goby.
They then proceeded to kill the female that was a model citizen and was just a general nuisance I had to rid. Never again.

I'm leaning towards getting rid of him. But what else will do a good job on my algae?
