Mine sleeps late as well. I see mine eating film algae at night frequently.
I found 13 little beer cans scattered around the sand bed, does yours stay up late partying too?

Whew. Glad you found him! I was a little worried as mine has been out and exploring all morning.
I’m glad I’m hearing that now! That would have put my anxiety through the roof before I found the little guy! Thanks.

@ESABOE, @Fishy Guy and @Katrina71 any insight is appreciated. Since waking this morning I have seen no signs of my blenny. I fed the tank and nothing. Last night he it would swim off his zoa garden home to eat food. I realize it could have found a better place behind the rock work to hang out. I checked the back chambers, found my clown there once, nothing. No jerky on the floor around the tank. Can this just be normal behavior?
I think the more rare behavior is he stayed out yesterday and ate vs. going to hide right away. I wouldn’t worry yet. Maybe hold off on feeding tank till late in afternoon and feed something stinky delicious to entice at least poking his head out. But even if he doesn’t come out, I would wait till tomorrow at least before worrying

Again, note to self- read whole thread before posting. So glad he came out to say, “Hi Dad! Can I borrow the car?”

He and I prefer liquor
Martini:
Grey Goose vodka and Very high quality vermouth that the glass has just walked by.
Hard shake with very small ice chunks, 30 seconds (distilled water only). So cold there are tiny slivers of ice floating in glass.
Lemon rind rubbed around rim, twisted and left in glass for aroma.

If extremely hungry- no lemon rind and three traditional martini olives on festive stick.

That's why I get barnacles, limits the places I look.
I’ve got to see if I still have my barnacles. I still have a bag of my old live rock that I bleached 12 years ago. Maybe I still have my barnacles.

1 or 9 of those should help you relax a bit. Watching your live stock double in your tank as the double vision sets in.

I don’t know the little blenny really seems to like the little hole behind my duncan. I have to look from the back and side to see him. I’m hoping he decides to find a place it likes better up front. I hope I don’t have a dud.

Why in gods name did I ever listen to you?!?! Even with a fire going and a stomach full of Mad Dog it is cold under this overpass. I never thought I would say this but I miss my family.

Hehe; rarely have them anymore. Don’t mix well with all my other stuff. But dang, made correctly they sure are good.
