i have a biocube 32, just order the intank media basket and fuge basket plus the light. Will the start kit from algae barn for growing cheto work ?

Algea barns ultimate Starter kit is pretty good especially for new tanks I bought same package for my biocube 32 from them I did not use the marine pure cubes though otherwise same setup from intank with fuge box+led light
