Black Ocellaris pair getting rowdy

Long time listener, first time caller... I have a black Ocellaris pair that I bought two years ago as juvies. They are now definitely a pair and host my Elegance coral. I do notice courtship behavior from time to time like them defending their corner of the tank from tankmates and the male quivering in front of the female but lately they have been showing some minor injuries. I'm assuming they are doing it to each other. The male has a raw spot on his left side behind the pectoral fin and the female has a similar one, but less raw on her left side behind the pectoral fin and a chomp out of her caudal fin. So far they don't appear infected or fungal. They are the dominant fish in the tank so I assume they are doing it to themselves as a form of rough courtship. My questions are is this likely? Is this common? Is there anything I should be doing? What are the changes they produce eggs in the tank? Thank you!
