Blasto help

I was at my LFS today and they had a really nice blastomussa wellsi available that they sold per head. The colony had 8 or so heads, all but two and a baby looked like they were about to die. The Two and the baby looked great.
My question is:
If they frag one of the healthy heads is there a chance it will make it? Or most likely end up like the rest of the colony?

With most of the coral about to die, I would pass on the coral.
