That's a real nice blasto merletti.....I was told this weekend by a LFS that get stuff from one of the largest wholesalers in the country that Blasto merletti are going to not be collected in the wild any longer. I guess they are being added to a permanent list to stop collection. Not sure of the truth of it but the LFS had ordered 4-5 wild colonies and the wholesalers called them and told them personally over the phone.

wow i had not heard that but who knows..i got a few diffrent color morps of merletti..i had some nice pink ones but the just went south on me quick..blastos are one of my favorite corals..trying to find some nice welsi..that are orange and green that are not sky high in price
