I have a pretty expensive acan (wouldn't you know it) that a couple of months ago suddenly bleached out and lost almost all of it's color. It still is inflated and still puts out feeder tentacles at night but it's still pale as can be two months later. All of my other acans are doing fine. I moved this one to a lower light area a few days ago.

Any chance it colors back up? How long will that take?

Yes it should color up since it's not dead. Can you post your water parameters?

Nothing looks bad here. I would say, since you moved it to a low(er) light area, 2 weeks for a rebound. Meaning color should start coming back in 2 weeks. That ultimately is an estimate. But That is what I've experienced. If 2 weeks doesn't show a change, give it 3 weeks. If it gets worse, something else might be at play.
