Bleaching nepthea! Help me!

So i had a nepthea tree for a few months just tripled it size and now its bleaching! Why is it, only thing diffrent are lights. but i had leds since christmas and was never bothered. all parms are good beside mag is up too 1650ppm because of algea im killing so what could it be? will it get its color back if i fix it?

I would say it's still early enough to be the lighting hurting it. If you can't dim the fixture (personally I'd reduce the light by about 50%, but I'm still a lighting newbie), move the tree to the substrate for a while. Then, when its color is back, you can SLOWLY move it back up (or re-increase the lighting) if you wish.

Only thing different are the lights?? What was it under before the LEDs?
Did you acclimate them properly to the LEDs? You may want to lower the LED output or put the coral on the bottom of the tank, and slowly raise it up over a couple month period.

Bleaching in general is from too much light.
