Blind to block ambient room light at night.

I have a 7ft tank in our living room that is close to the TV. I can tell the flashing light from the TV bothers the fish especially soon after tank lights go out and the room lights are off. I'm wondering if anyone has added blinds or has an idea how it could be done? I've already turned the sub down so the bass doesn't bother them so I'm thinking maybe take it to the next level. I love my fish friends lol

are you sure its not the programs you are watching that are bothering the fish? Put on Sharkweek or Nemo and see if they are OK....LOL

Ah me like that idea. I was thinking of hanging something with velcro but would get sick of fiddling that really quick. One of those placed correcly could block the the TV and I just toss it in the corner when we go to bed.

I thought it would be easier just to go to bed and watch TV when the lights go out but Momma wasn't too receptive to that idea :thinking-face:
