Green star polyps? (>__<)

There is such a thing as blue coralline algae, wonder if that's what you're seeing? I've seen some photos of it, and it's quite attractive. (I might have some on my FL Keys rock ... but the patch is about the size of a pinhead.)

A photo under lights that are more white / less blue might help with ID.
