This is my small bluefin lionfish feeding on gutloaded ghost shrimp for now .

Nice...I have never seen a Blue Fin lionfish. After researching it, it appears it needs to be kept in water temperature less than 65F? Sounds like a difficult fish to keep....which partially explains its' availability.

Yeah supposed needs to be keep in cooler waters, mid to lower 60's and seems like they are only available during the spring times?, seem hard to find for sure and they don't always ship well evidently. Keep us updated on the progress though as it seems this is a difficult specimen to keep for long periods.

Hey guys, I have this little guy for almost three months already , seems to be doing very well in temps 70-72F . He has been eating for me everyday on gutloaded ghost shrimps, also I had a hard time finding it but there's this warehouse here in Los Angeles where I was able to find him and they have four more available double the size[emoji16]
