Blue Garden Gudgeon black spot on head

My blue gudgeon (Bobbert) has this greyish black discoloration above his eye as you can see in the video. What is it and what can be done about it?

I didn't see anything concerning, it could just be a differently colored patch. If he's eating and active, I think he should be fine

How long have you had the fish? How fast did the lesion develop?

The elapsed time now rules out the issue i was worried about, as Uronema would have killed the fish by now, so i don't think this anything to worry about.
