Blue jaw trigger behavior

So how can I solve this problem ??

Well it doesn't seem like a problem. Triggers are smart fish. Mine will chase me around all day looking for food. I think your trigger is fine.

Ive had my trigger two plus years and he does the same thing and gets in front of the Vortech for a treadmill effect. I found him one night asleep once on the bottom leaned against the glass, thought he was dead. Nah just chillin

Yeah, fish always do a weird thing. I want to test him in QT but it may makr him more stress

Mine did the same thing after I introduced two large tangs to the tank. He eventually stopped. I wouldn't do anything. I honestly think he was just trying to get away lol..

Make sure you feed them a lot of food. These guys eat a ton!

I'm not usually one to say anything about fish and tank sizes because I don't know everyone's situation and plans. Having said that, an emperor and a blue jaw in a 2 foot x 2 foot tank will not be practical in the long run.

As for the trigger acting funny, the video he appears to just be acting like a normal somewhat territorial fish. If you see any other signs come up I would try to setup a quarantine, run all the fish through qt and leave tank fallow. As long as he is eating, looks healthy, etc... I might be inclined to ride it out at this point and focus on feeding and tank stability. Good luck! :-)

Yeah that what i’m doing. Feed rich nutrition foods. Run uv and do WC often few more time to get water clean

Trying to remove him and then putting him into another tank will absolutely stress him. He's already been in the tank for 3 weeks. I would observe only at this point.

I just got mine in today, she has been sitting in same spot for about a hour. I ordered online because I don't live close to any pet sores. I read that they are very shy at first. I don't have a QT system. And I know I should but I don't.
