Blue legged hermit alledgedly attacking a tiger conch!

This is probably just a herm eating algae off of the conch's back but I just want to make 100% sure that the conch is not getting to bothered by its actions.

Ya, your fine. I have a tiger conch and about a dozen red an blue legged hermits, they clime on every thing, including each other, looking for food.

For you to ask then yes, you obviously seen your conch or crab behave differently.
your blue legged striped/electric blue is looking for a new shell/ house so best way to avoid agressive behaviour is provide more houses/ shells for your hermits to move into, the bigger the better, if you provide enough shells these guys/ hermits are great clean up crew :)

I added some nerite shells into the tank(varying sizes) when I added the hermits, Is think the herm was just being curious like the post above yours, thanks for your reply!
