Blue Light Photo Restriction

There has to be some sort of script out there, that when someone uploads a photo with a high value of "blue" color, it'll reject the user with a message "Please upload a photo under white lights". The sheer amount of blue light photos people post on this website is atrocious and a waste of space since 90% of the time its near impossible to identify anything.

Please mods, lets end this madness.
