Hey guys, just spotted this ~1cm long blue worm swimming frantically with a corkscrew like motion in the tank; any ideas what it is?

(sorry for the crappy shots - it was swimming so fast and, after the lights went on, ran for the rocks)

It would help if you could put an arrow near what you're talking about? But it reminded me of a time when I turned on my lights in my living room - and saw perhaps a 2 foot long blue worm swimming through the water lol.. I thought - what the heck (though heck wasn't the word) - never saw it again. This was back in the day when you could buy Florida live rock and have it shipped overnight

Can you get any video of the worm? I doubt I can help with ID, but I am quite curious!

OH - lol he's tiny
Yeah faaaar from 2ft - that must have been a what the heck moment!

It chose that exact moment to ball up and drift to the rocks unfortunately (I switched the lights on to get a shot).

Will try that if it pops up again. It swam very quickly and efficiently, looked almost like a corkscrew as it swam!

I found a bunch of these last night, going to try to upload a vid. The best view of them is at about 15 seconds in, two of them appear in the upper part of the shot. They look like tiny white corkscrews. Vanish when the lights are on.

Would love to know what they are and if they are something to be managed
