What other fish or things is it hiding from?
They are known to be good cryptic hiders especially when they are scared. If it is new it is probably just getting used to the new situation. Does it come out to eat?

Those fishes can all be aggressive towards new fish. As long as it is eating it should eventually warm up to the situation and be more visible.

Mine hide for the first several days before coming out to eat with the rest of the fish. It's found a place to sleep at nights, laying down in a very small crevice in my rocks. If you acclimated it, it's probably just getting used to the tank and his neighbors.
