Blue Tang Playing with Snails

Hello R2R,

Has anyone had a blue tang play with snails? Mine will periodically grab one and carry it around the tank. He is about 5" long in my 125G.

Its entertaining for me to watch.

My Sailfin does that with snails and hermits.

Yup, my Blue Tang does the same thing. Does it with small frags too that aren't glued down.

He is an interesting fish. He will also do loops around one of my powerheads and go between the power cord and the glass.

mine does the same thing with snails. They are one of those fish that always seem to have an interesting personality.

My clowns do this sometimes, but only a few inches. My male especially does not like critters in his corner and will peck at them till they fall or move them.

Mine bit some $80 dollar sps frags in half was pretty cool.

Last night he took a 1" snail across the tank until he ran into the glass.
