uploading photos now...But I will give you the updates....

my brother in law went with me to get the 75 and he really liked it...so what did he do...He traded me a old school 4ft reef ready 120 . When I say old school I mean 1/2 glass and no center brace so I will end up with the 90 and 120 side by side but the 90 comes first. The 120 will more than likely be some sort of eel or angel tank...I also won 2 Icecap 250w ballasts of ebay they should be here by the middle of next week. so all I need know are my t5 atinics and reeflux 12k hqi bulbs and we are set. I do have a vho and regular bulb over the 90 so I can atleast get the fish out of the 100g rubbermaid tub. Also got a gallon bag of cheato in the 20l waiting for the 90. I think I will have to go with a big HOB refugium there is just no room under the tank for everything I want for this tank. So that is where we stand as of now I have worked on the plumbing for the 90 so here are the pics I have taken so far.

I also mesh modded the euro reef cs8-1...but I forgot to take pics...

Full of sand:

awsome man coming along great, alos nice pick up on the 120!!!

thank you...but after talking to everyone here on R2R about the the 120 and what to do with it I talked it over with the wife an she has agreed to let me build a stand that is big enough for both of them.....Hell yeah( sorry if that offends anyone but I am excited to build it and finally get them up an running) I think my stand will be roughly 8.5 feet long 40 inches tall 26 inches wide. or depending on $ I may build it from wall to wall and put cabinets on each end for storage.

i think your full wall stand sounds like a great idea. we know how much reef stuff we acumulate and the extra storage space would be wonderful, i know i could use it. sound great! cant wait to see the pics of your build

Gary

what's up Gary yeah it's me and yes it was the one you saw in the truck. I bought a complete 75 a week ago just for the equipment to get the 90 up and running. My brother in law wanted the 75 so he traded me a 4ft 120rr. for it. AfterI started plumbing and looking at it I came to the conclusion that there was no way all the equipment would fit so I decided to Build a stand forboth.

I will hopefully be able to get at least the wood this week and start building...I am sorry my little brother can start building...he is a carpenter. I figure if he can build a $800,000 dollar barn he can build a stand.

I will post pics as we/he gets the ball rolling.

Very nice! I must say, the 120 gallon 4 foot tank is by far my favorite tank.

Please keep posting picture of the progress of the build-out.
Good to see that you are on here, this is a great site!
