Bluethroat trigger with mandarin?

hi, im wondering if I were to get a blue throat trigger in my 130 gallon tank will it eat or kill my mandarin dragonet thats about 3 inches? Or harm any smaller fish like a possum wrasse.

They are known to be peaceful, however, they can and will eat smaller fish if they are available.
