I accidentally bought the reagent for the Hannah phosphate ulr (ppb) instead of the reagent for the regular low range which measures in ppm is there math or anything I can do to find out my actual phosphate measurement or am I out 10 bucks?

Although hanna says they are not interchangeable, in practice they yield essentially the same results. (I'd just use them)

You said that you bought reagent for the phosphate ULR (ppb) but the phosphate ULR reads out in ppm the same as the regular phosphate low range checker. It's the phosphorous ulr that gives the result in ppb.
