Bounce Mushrooms tips and tricks

After picking up my first mushrooms I did not end up finding too much help on here for upkeep. Drop your best tips on flow and light. Drop opinions on whether to frag or let them split. Do you peel them off of rocks? Do you glue them?

I've heard various opinions for all of these!

Dirty water for sure... I like to let mine split on their own... much more surprising, and I don't trust myself cutting them...
For light and flow.... Flow mine like a little less turbulent, they find a spot they are happy in. Same for lighting! They move till they're comfortable.
