My brain coral is developing multiple holes... hopefully someone with experience can convince me it's not all bad.

Ok I just was not sure if brain corals branched off into different heads and reproduced through fusion. Or if you need Hetero pairs.
 
Going on what mine did. I don't think they split or separate from each other. I got mine with 2 mouths about 13 months ago. Now it about 2-3 times the original size and has 3 mouths with a 4th that looks to be forming.
