Brand New 8 gallon bio cube

[Yuyiboy]

Welcome, concentrate on starting correctly. I love the BRS and Marine Depot videos. Start with cycling your tank first... good luck!!

I never mind. I actually check out what they suggest. I still have a ton to learn.

[SashimiTurtle]

Oh I know, I'm always learning something. If you're not learning something new you're getting dumber.

[Yuyiboy]

Oops!! Sorry I just realized that... still figuring things out

[Katrina71]

Hey check out my prototype from Fishnreef!

[saltyfilmfolks]

Hey I need one of those!
All the ones I keep finding are huge!

[Katrina71]

I might know who designed it.

[saltyfilmfolks]

The gargoyles I found were giant too. (And kinda meh)
Maybe the designer would think a Kraken would be better in a tank.

[Katrina71]

You wanna be the one to try it out? Document everything on here?

[saltyfilmfolks]

You first!

And I actually have almost no coral on plugs.

[Katrina71]

Anyone else's cat think they have to sit in your lap no matter what you are doing?? Sump cat.

[Katrina71]

That's right. Yours are all just too big to fit on a plug. Lol

[saltyfilmfolks]

Ha!
I have an overwhelming fear of having one of those hoarder tanks with 50+ Plugs glued everywhere.

If I take off the plugs its harder to count my hoard. :D

[SashimiTurtle]

I usually pull everything off the plug unless it is encrusted too much.

[Katrina71]

I am not comfortable with taking them off plugs yet. I'll get there.

[SashimiTurtle]

I just take my pocket knife, get in under the glue and gently pry up. Oh, hang on to the coral, not the plug. One is gonna fall/go flying across the room.

What about softies?

No but my 80 pound dog thinks shes a lapdog and HATES the fish tank! Immediately cries if both my gal and I are looking in the box at the same time.

[Katrina71]

My cat is jealous of the tank too. I keep cat treats in my stand. I know, not very kraken like is it?
