Does anyone have any good amino/live phyto recommendations for a budget? Feeding all of this different stuff is kind of adding up every month. I’ve been using Red Sea a+b and ocean magik.

What did you do? Looks good!

Dosed phosphates like a mfer, dosed hydrogen peroxide, basted, uv sterilizer, blackout.

That’s about it tbh. I’m pretty sure it was ostreopsis. The uv sterilizer does a ton of damage when you baste and then black out forcing them into the water column. Ostreopsis seems more prone to relieving itself from substrate when lights are off.

Nice. The only thing I know about is osteoporosis and you need to make sure you drink lots of milk.

Please don’t give this advice to other noobies like myself, someone will end up doing it.
there's tanks on here who have had people (children) pee in it and thrive. Kinda makes me suspicious.

Edit* this is a potential hack of adding ammonia to the tank for initial cycling.
Exactly! Everybody knows it's number 2 that feeds the tank!
