How are you running the returns? Drilled through the back with a bulkhead, or over the top? You can usually find whatever PVC adapter you need at HD or Lowe's. Bring the two parts you want to join up there and they should be able to help you find the right part.

Over the top. I just need a slip x threaded converter. Figured it out. lol.

Bad T con? Unplug everything except the power cable. Smack the lower left(I think) corner. Try it again.

Samsung's also have a reset sequence that can sometimes fix that.

I was just on Samsung forums and this is a recent recurring thing with this model over the past 3-4 months.
These things are dropping like flies it seems.

I have 3 factory refurbished Vizio TV's. They have all worked very well. I guess they get it right the 2nd time at the factory:)
