To be fair @Katrina71 the first time I had a heart attack I was helping my stepdaughter move a wardrobe....so dont think martial arts had much too do with it the second time.:p:D

It sucks ,I have too go to rehabilitation again ...I'm on a ton of medicines...including betablockers ...which really slow me down ...now i have too much time on my hands . .which equates too to much time on the tank.....messing with this ...and that.....oh dont forget" hands in tank syndrome ".....and stopping smoking.....I'm 48 and a grumpy old man ....:p:D
