My step daughters school is closed for Veterans Day and my youngsters daycare as well. I was forced to take a personal day, so we went to the Sacramento zoo. What a great time! I have not been to the zoo since I was 10. Did you take the day with hippie kid?

Sadly, our schools aren't closed on Veterans Day. Don't get me fired up about it. It's not pretty. The school libraries are not allowed to have any books about War either.
