Bricked Profilux

Updating the firmware on Profilux 4 via USB using GHL 1.1.1.6 with latest included firmware. The process started normally, but it never completed. 20+ minutes later it's still going.

Turned if off, turned it back. Dead. It does not register on USB, neither normal COM4 connection nor the USBVCOM on COM5.

Googling showed some references on Profilux 3 to open it up and pressing the emergency button. I didn't find any references in the online manuals.
