Oh, so you where only disappointing due to the crumbling of the product and not for its performance? As Ryan said people make mistakes and they admitted it and are willing to re-compensate you cannot knock them for that

I actually spoke to the owner of bright-well once, he took the time out to explain how to get rid of my bryopsis back when i was a novice,- i like the brand, they storey behind it's beginnings and have confidence in them as a brand too

I never got any nitrate reduction but in fairness, the blocks were in the section of my sump that the return was. Perhaps there was too much flow for denitrification?

Try the cubes but keep them in a plastic bottle.with small holes in it. If they dissinagrate at least they will be in a bottle!
