Oh, so you where only disappointing due to the crumbling of the product and not for its performance? As Ryan said people make mistakes and they admitted it and are willing to re-compensate you cannot knock them for that
I actually spoke to the owner of bright-well once, he took the time out to explain how to get rid of my bryopsis back when i was a novice,- i like the brand, they storey behind it's beginnings and have confidence in them as a brand too
