OK – I give up. A couple of small bristle worms are entertaining. They come out at night and do their job… But now I have quite a few that are out all the time. Day and night I think I have too many. I have heard that you could make a trap to catch these? Has anybody tried this? Any advice?

Best way to catch them ...IMO if you got a population size thats out during the day is ..to go hunting. Pick up the rock and tweezer those you see out.

Will take a few times but needs to be checked.

Next thing to look at is how much you feeding....cause these guys eat the left overs..... so it's got to be more then you fish and CUC are able to eat.

I just bought 2 liverocks from my LFS. Tonight, almost two weeks later, I was filter feeding my corals. Saw either one really long skinny worm or a medium worm and another poke their heads out and try to get the tiny tiny mist like food off my coral. Funny part is usually that's what the crabs do ironically they didn't this time but a new guest did...
