Okay so I’ve had a 90g reef for a
little while now and have recently
added moonlight to my
schedule and have discovered I have
a large bristleworm population. I
added a Melanarus Wrasse but as
far as I can tell, he isn’t interested
in eating them. I know they are CUC
and don’t TECHNICALLY hurt
anything in the tank, but are there
any other efficient ways to get them
out? Thanks for any thoughts on
this!

They are mirroring your feeding/husbandry habits.

If you want fewer, feed less or feed more efficiently with less waste. Or both. (Or lower your bio-load, but that's usually not a preferred option.)
 
You can make a trap, a shrimp that will eat them…. Or love them 😂
