I got an older RODI system and went to upgrade the tubing as it was pretty old and cracked when bent. I tried to pull the waste water tubing out of the shark bite and it wasnt budging so I cut it and realized there was something in there.. which I learned was the flow restrictor. Should I get a new elbow and flow restrictor? (the flow restrictor isnt coming out without breaking it a think) It's a 75 GPD Aquafx Barracuda, but on there site they only sell 50 and 100GPD restrictors. Anyone know of a good one from amazon?

It says you want a 500 or 800 for 75GPD membrane

100GPD uses the same flow restrictor, so i think you can be safe on the 800

I would personally just use a check valve 90 and put in a regular flow restrictor like these guys:

And not go the insert route your old one had.
