Brown spot on mushroom

I don't suppose anyone knows what this brown spot is next to my mushrooms mouth? It moves around the surface of the mushroom.

Flatworm comes to mind.
How long has it been there?

Do you see it actively moving around or does it always look just like that?

He moves around but not particularly active. If I drop a bite of prawn on the mushroom it moves towards the food and ends up close to the mushrooms mouth. Is he symbiotic or parasite?

@AcroNem you nailed it! It's defiantly a flat worm. I googled it and a bunch of infested mushrooms popped up
