BRS 5 stage Help?

I have a BRS 5 stage RO DI (75GPD). I replaced all my filter cartridges last month and currently my DI input reads 036 and the output reads 044...the water in my fresh water reservoir reads 144 what is wrong here?:squigglemouth:

Can someone tell me how to edit my post... it's silly to have to add info in an additional post. Anyways... I also changed my DI resin at the time of replacing my filter cartridges.

I would call Lue @ BRS ask him.he can walk you thru everything

Did you replace the membrane ? I had the same thing happen , replaced the three filters and the DI Resin and then my TDS jumped up to crazy numbers. So I quickly ordered and replace the two year old membrane and the TDS dropped to zero

When you replace the filter membrane it is easy not to get the membrane all the way in with some canisters. You have to push it hard and get it to seat past the o-rings BEFORE you screw the top on. I had this happen to me once and it did exactly what you said. It can ruin your DI material in a few gallons, too, because it doesn't filter the water pure enough, your membrane should bring it down to or near single digits. I had to add fresh DI medium when it happened to me.
