If you have had a BRS 50ml/min dosing pump that has failed, where the motor still works but the roller does not turn, it most likely has stripped gears. I 3D print a set of gears out of Nylon that is infused with Carbon Fiber, that replaces the stripped gears. I also include a detailed set of instructions. $15 + shipping. This will also quiet down a pump that has developed a clicking noise. Let me know if anyone has any interest. Thanks!

A little update, I reached out to Bulk Reef Supply to see if they would be interested in selling the repair kit and they had me send over some information to a product specialist for review. Still waiting to hear whether they will list it or not. It’s a long shot but at least they are considering options.

That is great news. Hopefully they will see the value in offering these replacement parts on their site.
