Wanted to share a great experience I had with John from BRS. I ordered a Eshopps r-200 sump and received it with a crack on the right side due to shipping. Called BRS and John was super helpful and had another sent out within about 10 minutes. Its really nice to experience such great customer service- Thanks BRS!!

They're always great. Had a t4 bulb break and they sent a new one out quick. also had a bucket of salt get shattered on me. They sent a new one. That one came damaged (all on ups, not brs) they sent me a 3rd one and this one came in a heavy duty bucket they swapped the salt out of. I thought it was great. Customer for life...
