I just got a gfo amd carbon reactor from BRS and I just put in the media. It says you have to let the gfo tumble which I got it to do but now my water output is very low. Is it supposed to be like that? Any help wiuld be verg much appreciated, thanks :)

I use one on my frag tank and main tank.

If you run it too slow, the gfo will become more like a brick and you will have circulation channels in the gfo. Too fast the the gfo grinds on itself (no sexual connotations ) and send junk in your tank.

It's a slow tumble on the gfo. A big tip is to have the reactor level, else it will not tumble evenly. You can check some video and see visually how people have it set.
