When I first started thinking about getting into a reef system, I came across the BRS videos on YouTube and I was immediately impressed. After the basement remodel was complete and my fish room was setup it was time to start ordering stuff. BRS is my go-to online retailer and after 58 various sized orders I have not had a single problem. Well, not having enough money to get everything but I suspect that is the way things are always going to be...lol.

I had a similar experience with BRS. One of the bottles in a test kit had leaked in transit. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a new one. Good company...great customer service.
