Hi everyone ,sorry for the long message

I just got a big bta from my local lfs around 6 days ago which was thriving and full of life , took it home floated the bag and acclimated for about an hour and put it on my middle piece of rock ,the nem was fine all day and happy .cut to the next day he was Abit happy but half of him seemed to be irratated and was shrivelled up ,then around ten mins later the whole nem was shrivelled up and seemed to be irritated ,this happened for two days .this was the same rock my peppermint shrimp lived in the wholes below it ,which Ive been trying to catch him as he turned for my last bta during me trying to direct feed and ended up killing it (very small nem ) ,I then decided to get rid of the middle piece of rock as I wasn’t risking him killing another one and thought he may be the problem ,my nem was then put on another piece of rock and was happy for a day showing all tips etc and then next morning he had moved himself up the rock to another place and from there hasn’t been looking too good ,not all tips are showing ,decreased size ,shrivelling up and keeping mouth open ,this morning I got back from work and with lights off he’s shrivelled up and has something coming out of its mouth (pictured below )

Tank been running for a year but most stuff came from established tank

Parameters all seem fine too
What am I doing wrong ,what could be the answer ?

I am running two lumenair 600+ connects
At around 57 blues and around 23 whites is that enough light ? ,it’s only on a 4ft long tank 240l

Any help really appreciated as I don’t want to loose another one
Please see pictures and videos

Do you have any corals in the tank, how are they doing? The first I notice is barely any water movement. How is the water oxygenated?
