BTA Only tank

I am currently transferring all my acros to a bigger tank and in the process I decided to make the tough decision to part with my blue gig once it becomes easier to access the foot. I am choosing to part because I have dropped too many expensive acros in it. The only other tank I will be able to set up is a 25g lagoon from IM. That is just going to be way too small for a gig and I can imagine being in the hobby without an anemone. Due to that I have decided to dedicate my 25 to try and set up a BTA tank with 2 clowns. Besides normal problems from having a small tank what else should I look out for with this? I am familiar with keeping carpets and have successfully kept several of them under T5 lighting but the lighting I have for the 25g is a gen 2 Radion, would that provide enough light for the BTA's?

A gen 2 ration will deforest be plenty for a BTA. I keep my 40, started as a RBTA tank, then my Potter’s started nipping all my LPS in the 120, so now it’s a rescue tank too. Anyways, I use a reefbreeders on it with great success. I have radions on the 120, when I upgrade them, they will my be to the 40.

As for care, it’s not different than a big tank. The same applies:)

The light you have is fine. I'm interested in the blue gig if you don't have a buyer already.

+1. I have a bta IM Fusion 10 tank. I have one gold stripe marroon and a few rfas on the sand. Lighting is a nanobox and does just fine, so your gen 2s will be plenty.
