I spent the past week looking up different bubble tips and saw one called a white acid wash BTA.

So when I went to my local LFS, I came across a BTA that looks like one and bought it. Now I'm beginning to wonder if I just bought a bleached BTA.. It looks white normally but under blue light I see green. Anyone have any insight?

Thanks,
Woo

Bleached but will color up nicely. Looks like a speckled green. Stable parameters high lighting and feed once a week or once every other week. Don’t over feed though it will stress it even more.

That is definitely bleached out. Good lighting is key to it recovering. A healthy green bta is a dark brown/green color.

Hows your nem doing now did the color come back I just got a acid wash that looks a lot like yours did
