That my friend, is an RBTA anemone of sorts. I got one a few weeks ago that looks identical except with slightly green tips. The store was selling "Seattle sunburst", which looks like yours and 'inferno" which has the green tips. I asked for a sunburst, but it looks like they gave me an inferno instead, which I won’t complain about. I like it all the same.

Is this an inferno? Heres a link to what they look like. This company is out of business though.

Want to share my new anemone, my first or second favorite as of now, shot with white flash. Orange bubble tip with green mouth and white specks, with very unusual purple feet! Its splitting due to stress after shipping

I have just a few.... I believe this is 5-6 animals but this started as 1 single animal about 3" in diameter. I have either given away or sold maybe a dozen over the last 6 years.

I am in the long process of finding a couple of different BTA
and
I need some help figuring out which two / three that I want to put in my tanks.
So, I thought a Eye Candy / Show Off Thread
Was in order.

So, if you would.

some random BTA I picked up when I went fish shopping at TSM couple of years ago. They will never go into my DT but they look good in my FT.

Yes. But not painful . I think people react differently to anemone stings regarding a rash ...
