Bubble tip anemone

Hi there, new reefer here. I have two BTA’s that weee the same size when purchased three weeks ago. The bottom one I can’t get to feed or move, not sure what else to do. Any pointers would be great, the nem doesn’t seem to happy

They need good lighting, what light are you using? They also need to have pretty stable water.
