My fairly new bta is on the glass move him to a rock or let him be?

Yes,my tank is over 2 years old mixed reef .Nem looks healthy , I was not sure if they crawl on sand, because there is only one rock that touches glass. My luck, he found it.

I now have a nylon on the powerhead on that side of tank.

I would let it be. Nems will move around tell they find a happy place.

I would put a nylon on all powerheads in the tank, permanently if possible, but definitely at least until he settles down..... you may go to sleep with him on that side of the tank, and wake up with him on the other, or even worse, in your filter-sock.
