My bubble tip got himself caught in the power head. I couldnt believe it. He went in thru the slots in the side of the front section. I turned it off and pulled the front cover off the power head and set it on the rocks. He is slowly pulling himself out, but he has been damaged. Is there anything I can to to insure he heals up.

just let him heal himself and he should be ok. i pulled mine from a koralia several times. i had a haddoni get caught in my vortech once and it bounced back too.

He should be fine, leave him alone, and dont you dare touch him...LOL,jk but dont touch him at all.

He will be fine,my LTA,and BTA have both done this at one point, dont touch them and they will be fine normally.

Good luck!

Okay, I havent touched him. He got himself out shortly after I posted. I figured he would head for the underside of the rocks to hide but he is still out on top of the rocks. Just wanted to see if any type of medication dip would help, but I'll leave him be. Still see a lot of damaged but hes looking better.

Oh and thanks for the quick help.

I use MP40 covers over my Koralias to keep that from happening.

He seems to be doing pretty good today. He has settled into a spot last night and hasn't moved since. Looking pretty good.

Just an update, The anemone is doing fine. He has settled into a spot since the day after his accident and is doing well. I have had the lights off for a while to get rid of an algae out break. I turned the lights on today so hopefully he will perk up and come out a little more.

This samething happened to mine twice. The first time it happened it healed and it just happened again a few days ago and it is bouncing back. All the dead flesh is gone and it is begining to heal.

Sorry all. Ive been away for a while. I didnt have any clippings. He pulled himself all the way out of the power head screen in one piece. He looked pretty chewed up but he healed up well.
